This board is meant to complement, not replace, your character sheet. While your character sheet contains elements that remain consistent throughout a session, like saving throws, skill checks, attacks, and spell DCs, you use this Battle Board to:

– Keep track of your HIT POINTS, Hit Dice spent, and Death Saves.
– Circle any TEMPORARY MODIFIERS in the Magic Buff area and write in the ability being modi­fied.
– Mark the indicator when you have HEROIC INSPIRATION or when you’ve used your REACTION for the round.
– Write in your INITIATIVE ROLL result for the encounter.
– Fill in class specifi­c details like SPELL SLOTS and CHANNEL DIVINITY, then erase them as they’re used up.
– Write in CLASS ABILITIES that change often, like which spell you’re concentrating on.
– Mark off ITEM CHARGES as you use them, then replenish them as they recharge.
– Check a CONDITION and its effect, then erase it once the condition ends.
